We are open 7 days a week, from 11am – 11pm, serving lunch and dinner.
Led by renowned southern chef, Bill Stellwagen, the SmokeHouse Restaurant offers a contemporary southern influenced menu featuring a wide variety of options from tantalizing BBQ to fabulous steaks, seafood and salads. Each recipe has been perfected to ensure each guest's dining experience is a memorable and enjoyable one.
All of our barbecue items are expertly prepared using our extensive two step process. First, we season and marinate all of the highest quality meat and poultry for several hours. Then, we begin the 6-8 hour smoking process that enhances the flavor of every dish.
We also offer a selection of uniquely prepared and beautifully presented salads, appetizers, sides and desserts to satisfy even the most discerning pallet.
